3. User Accounts and Authentication

Google Sign-In
Apple Sign-In (iOS/macOS)

Account Responsibility:

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on Service.

Each board link is unique and you hold yourself responsible to share the link with intended users. You are responsible for managing access to your boards and ensuring only intended participants can access sensitive information.

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content") through:

Sticky notes and comments on boards
Board titles and descriptions
User profiles and display names
Exported board data

Content Responsibility:

You are responsible for Content that you post on or through Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

By posting Content to Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through Service.

Termination by User:

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Service or contact us to request account deletion.

Effect of Termination:
